Foam cleaning Industrial foaming, low pressure cleaning

Removing loose and stubborn dirt from the surfaces using the foamed cleaning product solution from the foaming device. Suitable for water-resistant surfaces (walls and furniture).

Preparatory work

  • Select suitable products to match the surface to be cleaned (type / square metres) and the type of soiling.

  • Check, equip and ready the device and all accessories in compliance with the instructions for use.

  • Fill the foam cleaning product in accordance with the dosing instructions into the container on the foaming device or connect the container directly to the low-pressure unit.

  • Put up the warning sign.

  • Pre-clean the surface with plenty of water and remove any loose dirt. Rinse from the bottom up and finish by rinsing the floor.

Main task

  • Apply the cleaning foam to the surface to be cleaned, working from the bottom up in slightly overlapping passes.

  • Allow the cleaning foam to take effect as needed, but don't let it dry.

  • Remove highly stubborn soiling with the soft brush or the non-abrasive pad.

  • Rinse the surface to be cleaned with plenty of clear water, working from the top down in overlapping passes.

  • As needed: Dry the fittings, the walls and the floor.

  • Perform a visual check.

Final steps

  • Remove the warning sign once the floor covering is dry.

  • Dispose of any waste.

  • Clean the cleaning equipment and replace as needed.
